Sri Narasimha swamy temple in Andhra Pradesh

Apparently, there is a Sri LakshmiNarasimha swamy temple, on the way

to Sonni(?) from Hyderabad. The place is called Bhatkal or Mudbhatkal

(or something that sounds like this). The idol there is considered

brahma-pratiShThita. Does anybody have more information about the

place or the temple (esp who does the pUjA there? mAdhvas or others)?

Appreciate a quick reply.

 

To the best of my knowledge, Bhatkal is in Karnataka and not in

Andhra. But the name of this place sounds very much like that (when

heard in a hurry and at a distance of 10 mts).
