Dear Hari Bhaktas,

 

Under the auspices of Shri. Raghavendra Swami Matha,

Rajajingar 3rd Block, Srimad Bhagavatha MahaPurana

Pravachane is being held. It started about two weeks

back, and with the Prerane and Blessings of Hari, Vayu

and Gurugalu, the pravachane is intended to be

delivered over a period of two years (with one hour in

morning and one hour in the evening).

 

The discourse is being given by Vidwan Shri.

Ramachandrachar, former Principal of Poornaprajna

Vidyapeetha, Bangalore, and brother of Dr.

Prahaladachar, former Vice-chancellor of Tirupati

University.

 

All devotees who are able to attend are requested to

participate as much as possible in this Satkarya and

obtain the blessings of Shri. Hari, Vayu and Gurugalu.

Dear Bhakta's,

 

This is a follow up message and request with respect

to the Bhagavatha Pravachane program in Rajajinagar

3rd Block Rayara Matha.

 

As you may recall from the earlier email, the

discourse was intended to be delivered over a period

of two years by Vidwan Shri. Ramachandrachar of

PoornaPrajna Vidyapeetha. I heard that the initial

response was good (mostly in the senior age group

though) and went on for about two months.

 

Unfortunately, recently, the Matha family was

expressing their inability to continue the discourse

mainly due to paucity of funds to meet their expenses

in holding the Pravachane (including Theertha prasada,

daily functions and hosting people), and also the need

to have a larger group of people (including youngsters

and other working professionals) participate in the

event as much as possible.

 

The Pravachana karyaru himself has absolutely no

monetary expectations and is doing this as a Seva to

the Lord, and is also willing to continue this as a

Seva.

 

It will be a loss to all Bhagavad Bhaktas if the

discourse is not continued for reasons like above.

Please encourage all your friends who are in the

vicinity to participate in the event and contribute in

whatever way they can.

 

At the moment, the Matha family expects monthly

expenses at around Rs. 8000 per month. It could be

lesser sometimes. They did not ask me or asking anyone

else for this. I am personally taking an initiative

to put forth this request as a service to the Lord.
