Chathurmaasya of His Holiness

Dear Devotees,

We are very glad to inform you that His Holiness Shri Sugunendra Theertha Swamiji has decided to observe this year’s Chaturmaasya Vratha in Shri Krishna Vrundavana, New Jersey.

Swamiji’s arrival to New Jersey will be on August 3rd. There will be many programs, such as Divine Discourses, Mudradharana, Upakarma, Shri Raghavendra Swami Aaradhana, Shri Krishna Jayanthi, etc., which will take place in the period of Chaturmaasya.

And also there is a very great opportunity for all devotees to have Shri Krishna Pooja by His Holiness at their homes.

Devotees, in New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia are, who would like to have Shri Krishna Pooja or Shri Swamiji’s Paada Pooja at their home or sponsor Poojas in the Matha, please contact us as soon as possible.

Programs in Chaturmaasya :

(1) Nithya Pooja – Daily Pooja to Vittala(Krishna) idol by His Holiness, Given by Shri MadhwAcharya and continuously worshiped by the Guru Parampara of Shri Puthige Matha from 800 years

(2) Discourses – Bhagavad Geeta and various other lectures by His Holiness, following the evening Pooja

(3) Summer Camp for kids – We are planning to do 10 day's religious and cultural classes for kids in the age group of 5 to 15. It will start on August 8th and go on until August 18th. Those who are interested, please call us to register by

July 30th.

(4) Sudarshana Homa and Tapta Mudraa DharaNa – Tuesday, August 16th

(5) Rigveda, Yajurveda Upakarma and Varalakshmi Pooja - August 19th

(6) Shri Raghavendra SwamigaLa Aaradhana – August 20thand 22nd Purwa and UttarAradhana in Shri Krishna
