Here's some updated information on listening to

this program on radio/internet in the Bay area and on internet only

at other locations.

Goto - http://kzsulive.stanford.edu/

Click on MP3 streams and then pick KZSU-1... and any of the

stereo....24 bit . 48 bit etc.

For direct listening on FM radio, tune in to 90.1 FM in the

San Francisco Bay area only.

Dear Sri Vishnu Bhaktas,

 

We have a unique opportunity to broadcast our tatvavAda philosophy on

Internet Radio. This is one of the ways to offer our seva to

Srimadh Acharyaru and our Guru parampara. Any one who tunes

to this radio station will have an opportunity to listen to various

interesting topics.

 

Shri Jagannatha Subbarao, an active member in Stanford Internet Radio

station has reserved time slots on the radio station for us.

 

It is a 2.5 hour long program on this Sunday (Sept 25th) from

12:30-3:00pm. The discussion will be mainly in the form of question

and answer by a group of our members under the guidance and leadership

of Shri Badnarakeri Gururaja Char, who is visiting Bay area from India.

Shri Gururaja char hails from a family of generation of pandits conducting

regular pravachana in front of Shrimad Vadiraja prathishtitha Shri

Mukyapranadevaru in the premises of Jagadoddaraka Shri Krishna in

renowned piligrimage center for Madhwaru - Udupi.

 

The program is :

12.30 PM - 1.30 PM - Shri TatvavAda discussion -

starting with a brief introduction to the differnt schools

of thought, Shri Vedavyasru, Shriman Madhvacharyaru, works,

tatvavAda philosophy, various saints in the lineage and their

contribution.

 

1.30 - 2.30 PM - Mainly focussing on Shri Haridasaru and parampare,

their contributions/works starting from Shriman

Madhvacharyaru, Shri Narahari theertharu to contemporary

Dasarugalu, ShrimadharikathamruthasAra mahangrantha by

Shri Jagannatha Dasaru and its greatness and sAra.

Throughout the program Haridasara padagalu will be sung periodically by

Smt. Shubhalakshmi Sheshagiri.

 

This is a unique program/opportunity for our members and please do listen,

encourage and give us your feedback on the program. This will help us to make

corrections on any future programs conducted on this platform. The program is

planned to give an overview on Tatvavada philosophy and Shri Haridasa sahitya

for people who are not familiar with Madhwa Philosophy.
