Guest guest
Dear VaishNavas Yaayaavaara is an illustrious part of our glorious heritage. In the olden days, esteemed haridaasas used to go around singing the glories of the Lord and people would contribute their mite into their jolige as service to the Lord. This tradition is more or less extinct and only some vestiges remain. For the last 4 or 5 years I have been doing this through email and collecting contributions for some notable Aradhanes (mainly SripAdarajaru and VijayadAsaru). The actual aradhane of Sri VijayadAsaru falls on Nov 10-11th this year. I will be sending my contribution to Chippagiri by the 6th or 7th. If you wish to contribute to this noble cause, please send me an email listing your contribution and I will add your amount to the total. You can send me your check at your convenience. By consolidating the amounts in one check we will be saving on postage and more importantly the bank charges that the organizers at Chippagiri have to pay for each check. smarisuve na ninna charana kamala guru vijayarAya Sriprasad
