Is it true that Palimaru Sri met with accident?

I heard that Palimaru Peethadipathi Sri Vidyadeehsharu has met

with some serious accident near Karnool in AP in which one of the

sishya has died.

Can some one please confirm if this is true, if what is the condition

of Palimaru Sri now.

May Sri Hari, Vayu, Gurugalu bless him with speedy recovery and good

health.
