about Srigalu's incident during travel.

Gurugalu is doing well by the Holy grace of The Great

Kodanda Raamachandra. Shreegalu is in Palimar in the

sannidhaana of ShreeHari, Praanesha and great saint

Vidyamaanaya Thirtharu. He is on Mouna/rest and should

be ok in less than 3 weeks.

Second Email:-

NamaskAra,

Just to update all

H H Sri Vidyadheesha Teertharu of Palimaru Matha is

currently at Udupi/Palimaru, well and safe. No issues

on performing daily rituals. HH had minor

scratches;but was very much concerned/shocked as he

lost approx 20 year old shishya called Harish (who was

doing a Sri Rama devara seva especially in the evening

tottilu pooja).

I underatand that most of the Madhva peethadhipathis,

scholors, dignities; including Swamiji's of Sri

Uttaradi matha, Sri Pejavar matha and Sri Raghavendra

matha spoken to Sri Palimaru matha swamiji to extend

their help/support.

HH Sri Palimaru matha swamiji will be at

Udupi/Palimaru for next 2 months. HH trip to Bangalore

during mid December to mid January is postponed.

News -- Udupi: Palimar Math Seer Injured, Staff Killed

in Road Accident Near Nandyal <_javascript:printfn()>

Udupi, Nov 22: In a road accident that occurred

between Hyderabad and Nandyal in Andhra Pradesh on

Monday November 21 evening, a disciple of Shri

Vidyadheesha Shripad of Shri Palimar Math was killed

while Shri Vidyadheesha Shripad has sustained injuries

along with three others who are in a serious

condition.

 

The deceased has been identified as Harish Tonittay

(21), a resident of Admar of Paniyoor near Kaup here.

Harish was the only son of Kunjur Srinivas Tonittay

and Lalita.

 

Shri Vidyadheesha Shripad was on his way to deliver

religious discourse when the accident occurred near

Nandyal owing to a tyre blast. There were 12 people in

the vehicle. After the tyre blast, the driver lost

control of the vehicle and in the meantime a heavy

suitcase that was kept in the dashboard fell on

Harish's head. As a result he sustained serious

injuries and died on the spot.

 

Harish was the disciple of Shri Vidyadheesha Shripad

of Palimar Math and was also working there. The family

sources said that he had recovered from a bout of

jaundice only a few months ago.
