Sri VijayadAsara smaraNe function at Sri Sriprasad's residence went on extremely well attended and enjoyed by our satsanga group here in the Northeast; some of them had come from as far away as Boston & Hartford.

 

During the gathering, we also enjoyed additional activities which included:

 

Release of a new English book "Mithya Anumana Khandana" - written by Sri Vinaya Achar.

Release of Sri Venkatesha Parijata - a new MP3 CD sung by Sri Anantha Kulkarni, which is based on a work by a renowned haridasa (Sri Ananthadreesha daasaru) on Sri Srinivasa Kalyana. The project was sponsored by Sri Sriprasad. This is an extremely popular work and traditionally sung in many families. This is an excellent project. Sri Sriprasad has really pursued this project putting lot of efforts to get the product out despite its cost. Sri Sriprasad wanted this CD to be in the reach of all households and hence it is being made available for a very nominal amount in India.

 

Release of a new CD containing rare madhva stotras by Sri Narayana PanditAcharya and others, sung by Sri Vidyabhushan.

This project was taken by Sri Deepak Katte and again he pursued it with the sole intention of making these excellent stotras available for haribhakats.
