As you are all aware we have the august presence of Shri

Puttige Shri 1008

Shri Sugunendra theertha Sripadangalavaru for one of the major function in the

SF Bay area

Shri Madhvanavami on this Sunday Jan 21st, 2007. Shri Swamiji has been blessing

us all with

performing morning and evening poojas for the last week in different devotees

homes here. The

tour started off on the day of Ekadashi - Makara Samkranthi and uttarayana

punyakala pooja,

followed by dwadashi morning pooja at our house.

 

We are starting off with Shri Madhvanavami program early this

year to have the

function celebrated with the Samsthana pooja of the deities worshipped by

Shriman Madhvachryaru

and the peethAdipathi of one of the moolasamsthana of Shriman Madhvachryaru Shri

Puttige

Mathadipati

Shri 1008 Shri Sugunendra theertha Sripadangalavaru.

arrive early to

start

off the program on time. We need help in various tasks and request those who

want to volunteer to

be in the temple community hall by 7.15AM on Sunday. It is an all day program

with the highlights

of Rathotsava of Shri Sarvamoola granthas around the temple premises led by

Shrigalavaru,

Samsthana

pooja and Tottilu pooja of Shri Swamiji. The Livermore Temple has extended all

the facilities -

Shri Swamiji will be received with full honors - Poornakumbha by the temple

priests and lots of

publicity through temple's various channels. The other highlight is the Udupi

Madhva style sitdown

lunch.

 

We are planning to do a humble falicitation to Shri Swamiji

and offer a kanike

for his Udupi paryaya starting from Jan 2008. Please donate generously for this
