Dear Sri Hari Bhaktas,

 

 

I am sure those of you who attended agree that yesterdays function was simply wonderful. We could all feel the presence of Divine powers of Sri Hari Vayu & Gurugalu in Bindu's house on a very auspicious day Sri Madhava Navami and Maha pooja by HH Sri 1008 Sri Sugunendra Theertharu - Chief Pontiff - Sri Puttige Matha - Udupi - Karnataka.

 

On an extremely cold and cloudy day in winter in Allentown, PA, the warm hearts of all the Hari bhakatas who had gathered on the occasion of Sri Madhava Navami, warmed up the room and made the function that much more magnificent.

 

Of course, divine music by Sri Hemachandra Krishna was an icing on a cake. We were all so lucky to have such experience in this country. His music was pure raw DEVOTION. That style of music is rare and is endangered.

Dear Sri Hari Bhaktas,

By the grace of Sri Hari, Vayu, Gurugalu, His Holiness Sri Sugunendra Theertha Sripaadangalavaru, Puthige Matha, Udupi will perform Madhva Navami samasthaana maha pooja in our home in Allentown on 27 Jan (Sat). All are welcome. Please consider this as our personal invitation and all are welcome for all the events, theertha prasada (lunch) and dinner. Flowers and fruites for the pooja are welcome.

Please note that due to the very busy Swamiji's schedules, Swamiji will be available till about 4 pm only in our home.

Program

9 am, Arrival of Swamiji and priests 9:30-12 noon, Maha pooja by Swamiji 12 noon-2 pm, Theertha prasada (lunch) 3-4 pm, lectures on Sri Madhvacharya and his works by Sri Prasanncharya, Sri Yogeendra Bhat, Sri Hunsur Sriprasad and Swamiji

4 pm, Departure of Swamiji 5-6 pm, Devaranaama session, Mangalam 6:30 pm, Dinner
