Guest guest
Dear Sri Hari Bhaktas, A few weeks ago the announcement was made regarding the Commerative Volume to be published for felicitating His Holiness Sri Sugunendra Theertha Swamiji, Puthige Matha, Udupi on the occasion of the 10th year anniversary of Swamiji's visits to the US and other countries abroad from India and his accomplishments for the Madhva cause worldwide. Appeal was made for all to send e-mails to Sri Yogeendra Bhat Uli [yogeendrabhatuli] expressing your sentiments and appreciation for Swamiji and his commitments for the Madhva cause worldwide. All such contributions will be gathered and the Commerative Volume will be published in India. It is really necessary that each of us take some time out and send our written contributions to Sri Yogeendra Bhat Uli in Sri Puthige Matha in New Jersey. Let us not delay. There is really no restrictions regarding the size of your e-mails. All your contributions will be considered for inclusion in the Commerative Volume. As a start, I have given below my contribution which may serve as a model for what you may want to consider for planning your own write-ups for your contributions. Please do not delay and please send your contributions directly to yogeendrabhatuli There is no need to send or copy your write up to the VMS List. Dear Sri Swamiji, Our koti namaskaragalu. All in my family are very glad to know of the plan to publish a Commerative Volume to mark the 10th year anniversay of your gracious visit to the US and other countries from India. Our humble prayers of our thanks to our Lord Sri Hari, Vayu, Gurugalu for the grace to have known you and the abundant spiritual benefits we had derived from your vists to our home in these years. There is really nothing that we are capable of offering in return to you other than a few heart felt words of our gratitude for your grace and blessings on us. We are very ordinary people of quite humble standing with no claims for any sampath or vidwath but yet you had brought Sri Vittala Devaru to us in response to our heart felt desire thousands of miles away. Our lives had been turned to the correct spiritual pathway after your first visit and we continue to enjoy the delightful association with devout sajjanaru in this far away land as a result of your many visits to this country. Your establishment of Vishwa Madhva Sangha for the benefit of all Madhva devotees world-wide and Puthige Matha places of worship in New Jersey, Arizona and California, and presiding over innumerable homaas, kumbaabisekas, philosophical and spiritual sammelanaas in several Hindu temples in North America, meeting with the world political and religious leaders in the Americas, Russia, Middle-East and Asia while representing Hinduism in world organizations are all important land marks in the annals of the history of our Madhva faith. Our humble prayers to our Lord Sri Hari, Vayu, Gurugalu for the continued growth and prosperity of all your institutions and success to your future undertakings. With our humble pranaams.
