Special Adhik Masa programmes at the Satydhyan Vidyapeeth, Mulund on

31-05-07 – A rare opportunity to take part.

 

The Jyeshtha adhik masa, which began on 17-05-07 is considered as one

of the best periods from a spiritual angle in that anything, like

shravana, manana, pooja and dana etc done during this period yields

the best results. " Madhdwa's Teachings feels confident that readers

have already undertaken different initiatives for spiritual progress

at personal level.Shri Vidyasimhacharya, Kulapati, Satyadhyan

Vidyapeeth has started giving discourses on suladis at the Vidyapeeth

and the discourses have been attracting a larger no of devotees than

originally anticipated.

 

Although attending discourses, like witnessing a pooja is a kind of

participation and benefits ones, it is a passive participation that

gives result over a period of time. Kulapatiji, however, desires

devotees' active participation in different sevas for greater

spiritual progress and has, therefore, arranged for diverse programmes

to be performed on the 31st of this month, which happens to be

poornima. The programmes are as below:.

 

1. Pawaman Homa – 33 Numbers

2. Archana – 33 Numbers

3. Ashtotara of Vishnusahasra Nama, Vayustuti and Raghavendra Stotra

4. Bhajan by different ladies bhajan groups

5. Mahalaxmi pooja by women

6. Pallakki seva,Tottila Seva and the Deepotsav.

 

The sevas mentioned above would start at 6 am and are expected to last

till late evening and will be conducted under the supervision of

Kulapati himself. It is hardly necessary to state the importance of

performing pawaman homa under the direction of Kulapati.

 

The readers especially those senior citizens living in the metropolis

and its suburbs are earnestly urged upon to take part in at least some

if not all of the services. They are requested to contact the Manager

sevas.
