Sri Vyasaraja Seva Samithi had held a public meeting on 3rd JUNE 2007, at Sri Vadiraja Kalyana Mantapa, Basavanagudi, Bangalore which was attended by close to 500 of the Sri Vyasarajara Devotees, Desciples and Well wishers. The meeting had 4 of the Resolutions passed unanimously,

1. The assembly rejects and expresses its abhorrence towards the conduct, actions and attempts of the Current Pontiff Vidya Vachaspathi Theertha truly and completely.

2. The assembly demands that the junior pontiff Vidya Manohara Theerhta should immediately vacate the holy seat and spend the rest of his normal life within the parameters of his family.

3. The assembly demands forcefully that Vidya Manohara Theertha should return back immediately to the worldly life, in which he has a real interest and help make way, for a true ascetic-scholar with the necessary capacity to lead the Mutt.

4. The assembly fully endorses the steps and emphasizes the need to adopt all measures in full to remove these unfit persons viz, the senior pontiff, his batallion of sons, son-in-law, junior pontiff and other family members who are thriving on the Mutt income/asset completely at the earliest.

The Samithi thanks all the people who made it to the Assembly and those who sent us the wishes for our efforts remotely, The full atttendance up to the brim in the seating capacity of the hall showed that we have succeeeded largely in convincing our brothern of the necessity for effective action.

The event also witnessed many of the audiences giving in their suggestions and venting out the intolerable behaviour of the Pontiff's family members.

We also had the Devotees coming from other places like Hyderabad, Penukonda, Maddur, Mandya, Mysore, etc..

We have already gotten information about the immoral and illegal transactions on movable and immovalbe assets belonging to mutt done by the current GPA Holder(s) and would request the others to give us the information to help process the cases either with the Government or with the Law that you might have come across and aware of.
