Vani Sateesh and has given many concerts in both India and the tri-state area (NY, NJ, and PA). Her recent performance was a special inaugural concert for the Thyagaraja Aradhana in Cleveland during April 2007. In May 2007 she did a music workshop with the famous musicologist Sri. P.P. Kanthan, who spoke on the topic “Music – as Nada Yogaâ€. Chi, Suhas Rao began as student of well known teacher of New England, Smt. Tara Anand at the age six and also learns Carnatic vocal from Smt. Geeta Murali of Norwood. He is also receiving advanced training from Prof. T.R. Subramaniam, Smt. Padma Sandilyan and Smt. A. Kanyakumari in Chennai. He has won many awards and prizes in all major competitions like Cleveland Aradhana and CMANA of NJ, including the Gottuvadyam Narayana Iyengar award for creativity. Naveen Basavanhally has been learning mridangam from Sri Ramachandran Suresh, who belongs to the Palani School of mridangam. Naveen has accompanied many young musicians at various venues in the tri-state area and has won several awards including the first prize in the Senior mridangam category and the Guruvayur Dorai Trust’s “D. Kannan†Award at the 2006 Cleveland Thygaraja Aradhana.
