The disciples working as his true ambassadors in different states observe the day of passing away of their master as Founder's Day, every year. The Founder's Day this year, falls on the 19th of this month and ceremonies will be performed for 3 days from the17th to 19th. The event is unique in many ways. All alumni of the Satyadhyan Vidyapeetha from different parts of the country congregate at the Vidyapeetha, reporting well in advance, to participate in the event that starts from shashthi and lasts till ashtami. Morning sessions are earmarked for annual examinations of the students of the institute. The students appear for the examinations that are oral in form are held in the presence of senior scholars. The students are also offered an opportunity to show their talents in other forms of art like music, literature and other subjects. Post lunch sessions are devoted to discussions on complex philosophical issues and dicta and evening sessions are reserved for lectures, when scholars pay homage to the Founder of the Institute. All ex-students take part in these sessions. There will also be session, where problems faced by the disciples in various locations are discussed, debated and resolved by a manner of loud thinking. Disciples voice their problems and grievances, which are taken care of by Kulapati himself. Taking stock of the situation on the basis of the reports from out-station disciples, Kulapati, in consultation with all, prescribes plans for furtherance of the mission of the founder. Last Thursday, Kulapati. Vidyasimhacharya, on completion of the discourse on the Mahabharata, invited every one to attend afternoon and evening sessions during those three days and also for teertha prasada on the 19th. " Madhwa's Teachings " requests its members to attend the event especially the evening sessions on all the three days. With best regards, Ramchandra.Tammannacharya.Gutti.
