An unique congregation of a yoga - Kapila yoga

Dear Haribakhtas,

An unique combination of Bhadrapada masa, Rohini Nakshatra, Shasti Thithi and

Vyathipatha yoga occurs once in sixty years. This particular yoga is an

auspicious for one who aspires for salvation and better life.

This combination falls in the current year, Sarvajit nama samvatsara, October

2nd, the auspicious time being between 6.20 am to 6.50 am. (Indian Std time)

At this hour one must take a dip in the holy rivers (preferable) or at our

place, chant harinama and do all sorts of dhanas. Godhana is most illustrious on

that occasion. In the holy water of Sri Narasimha theertha, Sri Ganga is

availabe. (Ganga came to Sri Narasimha Theertha as per the prayer of Sri

Sripadarajaru). Hence, we invite all the haribhakthas for the Ganga snana at Sri

Narasimha Theertha, Mulbagal at the auspicious day and time.

To facilitate the devotees of doing the godhana at the auspicious day, Sri

Sripadaraja Mutt has announced the special godhana scheme. The seva amount being

Rs.1000/- or multiples of thousand for a Godhana. The above said amount will be

deposited and the interest from the nidhi (corpus fund) would be utilized for

the maintenance of the existing Goshala at Sri Sripadaraja mutt,

Narasimhatheertha Mulbagal.

The holy milk from the cows of Goshala is being be utilized for the nitya

abhisheka to Sri Narasimha swamy, Sri Vyasarja prathista Sri Mukya prana Devaru

and Moola brindvana of Sri Sripadarajaru.

This mail has been sent to all the haribhakthas who are in India and abroad to

facilitate them for the chintana of Sri Hari during this auspicious day and in

particular, the auspicious time.
