Mukunda, Stothras, Padyas and Padas for kids was started on the

auspicious day of Shri Vyasaraja / Shri Vadiraja arAdhana in the year

2006. With the parama anugraha of Shri Hari, vAyu, Gurugalu and Shri

1008 Shri Suvidyendra Theertharu, Bala Mukunda

successfully completed two years, now running third year and pray our

Lord for many many more years to come. As per the orders of ourpoojya

Gurugalu Shri 1008 Shri Suvidyendra Theertharu, we celebrated Shrimadh

Hanuma Jayanti and Bala Mukunda second anniversary. Bala Mukunda has

kids all over USA from the states of CA, AZ, TX and NJ. Please see a

brief report of this auspicious function below. The

anniversary celebration started with completion of Shri Vigneshwara

Stothra Sandhi by Shri Prasanna Krishna. Shri Vigneshwara Stothra

Sandhi was started exactly on the day of Bala Mukunda

First anniversary and got completed on the day of Second Anniversary.

It gives immense pleasure to let you know that kids are fluent in

reciting varioustArataamya stothras of Shri Vishnu, Shri Maha Lakshmi,

Shri vAyu devaru till dAsa kaksha, popular stothras like Shri Venkata

stothra, Shri Hayagreeva stothra, Shri yanthrOdhAra Hanumath Stothra

etc.., Shri MangalAcharana, Shri Anukramanika, Shri Ganapathi Stothra

sandhis from Shri Hari Katha Amrutha sAra, many dasara padas like

vandipe ninage GananAtha, Shree Guru Madhva rAyarige, Raya bAro, satata

were immensely lucky to have Shri 1008 Shri Suvidyendra Theertharu of

Shri MantrAlaya Matha gracing this occasion. We are extremely happy to

let you know that all the kids fluently recited many selected

stothras, padyas and padas in the presence of Shri Swamigalu with

devotion. Shri 1008 Shri Suvidyendra Theertharu was extremely pleased

with the kids performance and blessed all the kids and parents with his

Amrutha vAni. Shri Swamigalu stressed the importance of

learning/reciting stothras, padyas and padas. It was early morning on

the day of Shri Hanumadh Jayanti for Shri Swamigalu. After hearing kids

offering their seva by reciting the stothras, padas and padyas, Shri

Swamigalu was so pleased that His Holiness mentioned that Shrimadh

Haunumadh Jayanti Utsava was complete and the Lord is extremely pleased

with the kids performance. Shri Swamigalu narrated the instance of Shri

Gajendra doing the stothra of the Lord. Our Lord being present every

where, appeared immediately before Shri Gajendra after he did the

stothra and bleassed him. In the same way, Shri Swamigalu said that

reciting stothras/padyas with devotion will please the composer, the

presiding devatha and eventually our Lord Shri Hari. Shri Swamigalu

stressed that all kids do the basic stothra/padya paTana and do namana

to their parents every day before leaving home to school. Shri

the occasion of Shri Hanumadh Jayanti, various stothras were recited by

the devotees. To mention a few, Shri Vishnu Sahasra nAma, Shri Maha

Lakshmi stothra, Shri Sundara kAndanirnaya (led by Chi: Akshara

Balachandra), all devatha and yathi kaksha stothras were offered at the

pada kamala galu of our Lord. After naivedya and maha mangalArati, all

the kids were presented with certificates of excellence.

 

We are very thankful to Shri M.S. Sathya Narayana for participating in

this program and presenting certificates to kids. We are also extremely

thankful to BalaMukunda teachers namely Shri Prasanna Krishna, Shri

Madhu K Rao for teaching kids with tatvavada topics.
