Further to the message from Sri Varna, We take pleasure in furnishing the details of the event.

 

Distribution of Books to Students of Poorna Prajna Vidya Peeta:

 

On the auspicious occassion of this aradhane, Akshara Nidhi, a MYP managed Fund, which caters to the need of people who are entirely into the Shastra Adhyayana did its bit to recognise the students who are at their best form of learning at PPVP.

 

As we all know, these students are the torch bearers of our culture, tradition & rich legacy into the next generation and it is our responsibility to take care of them to help our oncoming generation. We are glad to support the noble cause of promoting the Shastra Study and encourage those students who are dedicating their life for the study and practice of Sri Acharya's teachings. MYP sincerely thanks all those who have contributed to this cause

 

MYP / Akshara Nidhi has given a humble contribution of Rs 10,000/= to the students, which in consultation with the PPVP management, has been invested in the books for 20 Students, identified by the Vidya Peeta KulapathigaLu.

 

The books were given away in a function held at the Sabha Griha in the premises of PPVP

next to Sri Krishna Mandira and with the remote blessings of Sri Vishwesha Theertharu,

The dignitaries present on the stage included -

Vidwan Sri Haridasa Bhat.

 

We also had the august presence of some of the Acharyas who have been helping and guiding MYP in all its objectives. We are glad to note the presence of -

We are now in auspicious chaturmasa and a series of holy days appear during this period,

the first one being the Teekarayara Aradhana on 23rd July 2008.

 

Madhva Yuva Parishat would like celebrate this holy day in a unique way by contributing a token amount of Rs 10,000 from Akshara Nidhi to Shri PoornaPrajna vidyapeeta.

The total sum of would be equally distributed to 20 students, two selected from rach class of standard 2nd to 11th. These students would be donated books worth of Rs 500/ needed for their study. The books would be awarded to the students during the sabha program planned on that day at 9:30 in the morning in the main auditorium. Those who are nearby may kindly participate in the program and encourage the students.

On this occassion we request all of you to join hands to strengthen our hands in supporting the Shastra Study. You may kindly contribute to Akshara Nidhi so that we can contribute more and help more students. As you all know, these students are torch bearers of our culture to the next generation and it is our responsibility to take care of them to help our next generation. Let us try to support the noble cause of promoting the Shastra Study and encourage those students who are dedicating their life for the study and practice of Shri Acharya's teachings.Thanks to those who are already contributing on monthly basis.
