Dear Haribhaktas,

With the prerane of Shri Hari, Vayu and Gurugalu

as in the previous years we are blessed to celebrate Shri 1008

Shri Raghavendra Swamigala aradhane on Sunday, August 17, 2008

at Livermore temple on the auspicious day of the poorvAradhane.

 

Please reserve this day for attending, volunteering and get the blessings

of Shri Hari, Vayu, Gurugalu. We need volunteers in various tasks, ratha

preparation, stage preparation, abhisheka & archane coordination with

the priests, cooking (starts at 7 AM at the community hall kitchen in madi)

serving (about 300 devotees in tradittional sitdown lunch). Please send

Please volunteer and make the function a grand sucess as in the previous

years.

 

This year we have the idols of Shri Prahladarajaru and Shri Rayaru donated

by devotees from India and we thank for their seva and pray Shri Rayaru

to bless them.

10.30 : Pravachana on Shri Rayaru

Shri Prahladarajaru and Shri

12.15 : Alankara pankthi to priests and

Madhva elders

1 PM : teerthaprasada to devotees

Please attend and publicize the event at various places (Indian grocery stores,

email lists and local temples). The flyer for the program is attached.

 

A suggested donation of $51 is appreciated for the expenses (grocery and

sambhavane to priests) and a donation of $11 (abhisheka and archane

sponsorship - to temple)
