We at Madhwa Yuva Parishat Trust ®, immensely thank each and every one of our members for their continued interest in doing sAdhane and chosing MYP as their preferred platform.

 

To get involved more in community upliftment, we at MYP under the guidance our revered Gururgalu and Pandits have formed a Registered Body, which got registered exactly a year back, on the madhya Aradhane day of Sri Raghavendra SwamygaLu (Aug 18th, 2008).

 

This year, again on this holy occassion of Rayara Aradhana, with the blessings of Rayaru, Madhwa Yuva Parishat ® has been awarded the IT Exemption and given 80-G certificate. This just shows that we are in the right path and doing right things for the seva of Lord though seva of HIS devotees.

We prostrate to Sri Rayaranthargatha Sri Bharati Ramana mukhya prANAnthargatha Sri Lakshmi Hayagreeva dEvaru and seek their continued blessings for more opportunities of sEva to our fellow Madhwas. mAdhwara sEve, mAdhavana sEve.

 

 

We are extremely happy and pleased to share this good news with all of you on this holy day.

Since Madhwa Yuva Parishat ® has been awarded the IT Exemption and given 80-G certificate, for any donation / contribution towards any funds which is instituted by the TRUST, the donors will get a tax exemption on that particular amount.

The Trust act has been validated and vetted by Certified Chartered Accountants & Practicing Lawyers at the High court. The Advisory Board of the Trust consists of Lawyers, Chartered Accountants and successful entrepreneurs. The Managing team, also

called MYP Core Team consists of 17 members who are in the age group of 25-45, a blend of youth and wisdom.

 

As of today, MYP has four types of funds:

1) MYP Akshara Nidhi

2) MYP Dhanvanthri Nidhi

3) MYP Corpus Fund

4) MYP Emergency Fund.

 

 

MYP Akshara Nidhi

This fund works towards the noble cause of restoring, sustaining Gurukulas / Vidyapeetas.

Akshara Nidhi is a quarterly project to support "madhva shastra Adhyayana" at Gurukulas. We are collecting contributions from the volunteers every quarter and trying to help the gurukulas at remote places. By the Lord's grace, so far we are able to contribute to 7 Gurukulas and with the sustained support from all the members, we would like to continue supporting "madhva shastra Adhyayana".

-To institute scholarships/endowments in the name of the donor in deserving Gurukula. This will be awarded to the meritorius students.

-To provide and establish support to students who go in for higher studies in Philosphy.

-To encourage the efforts of people who are engaged in authoring, publishing the books related to our culture, tradition etc.

We feel proud to say that this has been one of the most rewarding experiences for all of us at MYP and more for our esteemed Donors.

 

MYP Dhanvantri Nidhi

"Dhanvanthari Nidhi" is a dedicated Fund to help the Gurukula students & faculty in case any major health issues to them or their parents. Through this nidhi we try to provide financial help to the people so that they can get better services and better health.

- To establish health insurance scheme to poor Pandits/Achar's/Vidhwans and students at a later stage

- To give, provide and/or render help and assistance in cash or kind including medicinal facilities and clothes to poor, needy, destitute Madhwa ladies and gentlemen.

 

 

MYP Corpus Fund

It iss majorly used -

-To establish a provident and other similar fund for the benefit of the retired Pandits/Achar's and provide nominal honorarium to sustain.

- To grant fellowships, scholarships or other monetary assistance, on such terms and conditions as they may prescribe, to such persons as they may select for carrying on Dvaita research, investigation or study in a subject in Dvaitha Philosophy. This includes science and technological research which will be used towards restoration of our manuscripts and Granthas.

- To establish, maintain or grant aid for the establishment or maintenance of wells, tube-wells, tanks, water-reservoirs, toilets, and constructions of and repairs to paths, roads, bridges, etc, for the use of the public in the abandoned temples and deteriorating "our culturally rich heritage monuments".

- To give, provide and/or render help and assistance in cash or kind including food, shelter, medicinal facilities and clothes to poor, needy, destitute people, widows, sick, disabled and such other persons

- To perform or facilitate to perform poojas, Utsavas, or festival celebration in any Temple/s or any other religious places or to perform any activities in the temples with the view to raise the moral/peaceful/and provide monetary assistance to the local temple archagar's and cooks who otherwise will not see any handsome income and overall increase the standard of the public in and around the little temple area.

 

MYP Emergency Fund

The purpose is to provide immediate fund assistance towards medical emergency especially for poor Madhwa children.
