Future planning meetings:

Many volunteers are enthusiastically discussing ideas to put together a wholesome program for us.  Please do join in the teleconference to be held every Monday evening at 9:00PM EDT.   (Conf Bridge dial in - 231-644-8000 Passcode 629569 followed by # sign)

RSVP:

To help volunteers ensure sufficient groceries and vegetables supplies, we need to get a good headcount immediately.  PLEASE RSVP this week and let us know your participation in this gathering by calling (703) 992 4194 or sending an email to sudhi @ parvi.com or logging in your information in the Google Spreadsheet: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Aq0UIXam6N-mdFJoZzNkSVlUT2tkY0ctbTVicVFYQmc & hl=en so that we can start building the participants list and ensure a successful program.

Please note that based on last year's positive enjoyable experience, we would like to have as many families as possible to arrive on Friday (September 4th) itself instead of Saturday. This helps in having relaxed quality time on Friday evening and Saturday morning in doing fun " camp " things for children and adults and also help start and finish Saturday afternoon/evening program on time.  We need to evolve into doing things better every year so that our gatherings are really " fun " for all participants. We would really like to discourage participants arriving on Saturday evening and departing on Sunday afternoon since this behavior does not do justice to the remaining participants working hard to make the gathering meaningful for the

entire weekend.

Once again, PLEASE RSVP and let us know your participation in this gathering by calling (703) 992 4194 or sending an email to sudhi @ parvi.com or logging in your information in the Google Spreadsheet: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Aq0UIXam6N-mdFJoZzNkSVlUT2tkY0ctbTVicVFYQmc & hl=en so that we can start building the participants list and ensure a successful program.

Dear Hari Bhaktas,

Namaskaara

By the grace of Sri Hari, Vayu, Gurugalu, we plan to gather in our usual Organized Group Cabins Site-5 in Laurel Hill State Park for our Annual Vishwa Madhva Sangha (VMS) Retreat and the Mettilotsava in Sri Venkateshwara temple in Pittsburgh during the Labor day weekend, September (Friday afternoon) – September 7 (Monday morning, Labor day holiday).  This will be our 8th year gathering. All are welcome.

Our program will consist of activities geared for the wholesome family fun for children, youth and adults. We will have teleconferences for planning and formatting our program. The first teleconference will be held on Thursday, 13 August at 9:00PM Eastern time (Conf Bridge dial in - 231-644-8000 Passcode 629569 followed by # sign).  All are welcome.

We look forward to your enthusiastic participation. Please do not hesitate to contact me if any of you require any additional information.
