Flood Situation Worsens : Sri Shri Satyatma Tirtha Swamiji's call to all Madhwas

As

the reports of flood situation in Northern Karnataka and

neighboring states are pouring in through various News Papers and TV Channels

Shri Swamiji,

who is presently camping in Bellary, which

is also one of the places severely affected by floods, has called for mass prayers through parayana of Sundara Kanda

Ramayana atleast 11 times daily by every Madhwa for quick relief from

the flood situation.

Several

Madhwa Piligrim centers

and brindavans were inundated in flood waters. Sri Satyanidhi Teertha Moola Brundavana at Kurnool

has also been completely submerged in flood waters. All the Math members are

safely evacuated. The situation is said be improving.

Under

the divine leadership of Shri Swamiji,

Shri Uttaradi Math

has initiated several relief measures in a big scale in several districts of Northern Karnataka. In Raichur,

Bagalkot, Bijapur, Hubli, Dharwad and Hospet towns, Shri Math is

arranging Ganji Kendras to provide

food for the people marooned in water. Ganji Kendra at Bijapur has already started

providing food from yesterday to needy people. Sri Swamiji would be giving a message today

on live.uttaradimath.org in the evening. Timing of the webcast

would be announced shortly.

 

By the grace of Ramadevaru,

Sri Swamiji and others are safe in Bellary Camp. Patha

and Shri Rama Devara Pooja are going on without any problems.
