living in the low-lying areas. It has also made many families homelessand losses of lives are also reported.One such area which is very severely affected by flood is“Mantralayam†located in Andhra Pradesh adjoining Karnataka state.

People who lived there have lost every personal belongings and areeagerly waiting to receive help in terms of clothing, food, financialaid, etc.Hence, as human beings, it is our bounden duty to raise to the
