Deepavali Greetings.

Dear Reader,

The overwhelming response of a large number of Maadhwa Bandhus and others to the relief operations in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh severely affected by the recent floods, speaks volumes. Rescue and relief operations by the government and other social, religious and cultural orgaisations notwithstanding, various initiatives undertaken by the High Priests of the Maadhwa Mutts on war footing and on a large scale, it is felt, would not have been possible without the all-out support of the community. With this humanitarian gesture to alleviate the sufferings of the masses in distress, they have certainly helped to light up the lives of thousands who would have, otherwise, been condemned to darkness for a prolonged period.  

Madhwa’s Techings registers its deep appreciation for the whole-hearted support of all in the hour of crisis and hopes that Hari, Vayu and gurus would, in turn, illuminate their lives with divine light.

Madhwa’s Teachings wishes all its readers a very happy Deepavali.
