Problem of Duplicate Mails from Multiple Mailing groups

Dear All from All groups with a common problem,

and i am sure we all face this problem. There are multiple mailing groups that most of us to such as: myp, vmmp, , svbm, sumadhvaseva.

People who post something usually post to most or all of these groups. Our email gets filled with duplicate messages intermixed and spread over several pages. It is very tedious and time consuming to get rid of the duplicate messages.

 

My question to all the members of the groups is how do you handle this? Do you have a way to filter these out automatically so that only the unique emails show up? Do you have a way to collate the duplicates so it makes it easier to delete manually? Do you have other helpful techniques?

 

Please help by posting your solutions to this ever growing problem.
