we wanted to share a good news with you all, which was already sent out on MYP few days back.

 

Its been exactly one year, since we got this mail below with the topic above on MYP, and if people recall, this topic of " Madhwas starting our own Education Institution was one of the most discussed topics in this forum.....

 

To refresh the memories.... ..it was first initiated by one of our Senior members, Sri Ramamurthi from Chennai

and then sparked by many keen people like Sri Aravinda Madhabhavi, Sri Sanjay Durg, Sri Madhwacharya Puranik....

later on continued by Sri Praveen Haridas, Sri Anil Kumar Bhat, Sri Pradyumna Umarji, Sri R Venkataramanan. ..

There were many off-line messages from people who felt the need to have " our own school " and go up to Professional Institutes.

 

while we thank all these people (the above list is incomplete.. .. obiviously.. ..) and there was an interim mail from the MYP Trustee

concluding the discussion (rather taking it to the parking lot) which is provided below for your reference ....

 

We just want to take on from here, and start it from a grass root level.....

 

Few of us who have expressed passion, commitment, dedication, involvement and guranteed participation have gotten together

got the seed of thought into almost a good frame work of workable solution.

 

YES !, we are having OUR SCHOOL, Our own school, where our kids can learn the best mix of both modern and ancient education and also apply it in their daily life as they grow.....

 

Now that the cat is out of the bag, we would like to share the concept, idea, plan with all interested people.

 

Being interested people, to us means -

-all those prospective parents who could see their kids coming out of this school in next few years,

-all those teaching faculty who would like to be part of this unique school and be part of the history they are going to create

-all those patrons, donors, friends who would like to help this cause, by way of their contributions via tanu, mana and dhana

-all those Scholors, Vidwans, Pandits, Doctors, Visionaries, who are at the peak of their life's achievements, share their experience..

the list goes on...... and on....

 

Please watch this space for more info, and if you are already in a status of wanting to know more and cant wait anymore.....

We are glad and happy to note that many of you are really interested in taking it to the next steps.

 

We are trying to bring in some strong personnel who would be backing our idea.  Also, we would discuss with our NRI counterparts,who would be interested in this.

 

We will shortly during sometime in February end announce the place and venue for this meeting.

 

For remote attendee's we will set up conference call.

 

Meanwhile, we have decided to stop this discussion thread for now in MYP FORUM.
