Excellent! Remain the empty cup, and *please* don't destroy any

possibility of real spirituality by considering your life or yourself as

" being spiritual! " Spirituality is inherent in simply existing. Because

The question is, why do you have to meditate " the way it says in the

books? " In fact, there are many other 'paths' besides meditation.

Self-inquiry, discrimination (a.k.a. Jnana or Gyana) is another. Simple

burning love for God is another. Giving without attachment to results is

another. This idea that we have to follow something " formal " in order to

" attain something " is the most destructive idea, and it was invented by

priests so that those priests might have power over the populace.
