Guest guest
Dear Tim: I know of many paths that teach people to use sacred names or mantras with awareness, focus, and intent -- with love (prem) and devotion (bhakti) as well. In fact, these qualities are what bring to life a spiritual practice. It's not really a matter of chanting the one-true sequence of vowels or syllables, or the one-true mantra; one's intent makes all the difference. HU, pronounced by the Sufis " HOOOOO " or " WHOOOO, " is the Arabic equivalent to AUM. It can take you places too. I mean, that's mainly what Realization.org is devoted to -- if that's not worthwhile, I'm wasting a lot of energy! Love, Laura
