I agree. I see the bodhissatva vow as a determination not to see yourself as

separate

from or superior to 'others'. There are no others, you are my self. It seems

silly to

say that the Dalai Lama for example is less enlightened because of taking the

vow than

he would be otherwise. My point of view is that anyone who is 'enlightened' and

active

in the world is a bodissatva.
