Guest guest
Dear Victor, Here's another idea for a practice... Osho (Rajneesh) proposed a very interesting exercise that is really mind-blowing. Gaze at yourself in the mirror and try to cultivate the feeling that instead of looking at your reflection, your reflection is looking at you (that you're the reflection, and the image in the mirror is the person). The first time it hits, it's a real shock! After that (this is my idea), gradually cultivate the awareness, as you look around and see things, that instead of looking at things, things are looking at *you*. This may help by turning awareness back upon the perceiver. But it's a rather spooky feeling to actually do it :-) With Love, Tim At 08:16 PM 2/11/2000 -0500, you wrote: >Victor Torrico <vtorrico >I agree wholeheartedly with what you say here.
