J Did I say I practiced something at least a couple of hours a day, maybe four, maybe more? I did not say this! But anyway... now I will say (and probably foolishly). The answer is meditation, contemplation and discrimination (discrimination meaning discerning between the real and the false). I don't need anyone external to tell me what is real and what is false. There is an inner Guru (Satguru) that gives guidance on these matters (although certain " spiritual writings " help greatly in matters of remembrance). If you want to know the circumstances, I do not work (being on disability), I do not socialize (having only one casual friend), I am unmarried and do not date... therefore my time is entirely free. I rarely watch TV (poison) or read newspapers and only very occasionally see a movie (once every couple weeks?). I spend 98% of my time alone. Perhaps you find the idea of total independence like this terrifying? TOTAL reliance on my own understanding? Dangerous! Such can produce a sage, or produce a Hitler! But you do not know my motivations, so you cannot judge. To approximate, I spend 85% of my time reading and in contemplation, 10% in meditation and 5% on things such as eating food and drinking liquids. Just a wild guess, though. And now I have said more than enough, because you will probably judge anyway.
