Maybe more. Maybe four hours per day - Im assuming your practice is rigorous Soto Zen? maybe four hours a day? - although actually my zen teacher told me once - no work, no eat. But, you can practice zen on the job. Anyway, I was just interested in what your practice was and what it actually felt like to sit four hours a day - what insights arose etc. There are very few realized masters about, alas. But many who wake up to discover that they are 'sentient " they are " aware " and then think aha! - I am aware therefore I am a guru. Actually, at this point " awareness " has become the primary object of meditation and one just continues with this until the next stage - a nice stage of practice of course but premature for guruisms and giving advice to others on practice.
