Comes with a 23-page study booklet. I didn't find this CD helpful to my sadhana, and I don't just want to leave it lying around collecting dust. To the first person who Emails me at: core I'll send you the CD, provided you agree to send a self-addressed, postpaid padded envelope or CD mailer. The CD weighs about twice that of a regular CD due to the study booklet, so take that into consideration when putting postage on the return envelope. If you get no response back from me, assume that someone else has already requested the CD. Also, please send your request ASAP (this Email was sent Monday April 3 at 1PM PDT).
