The method which the Master has taught to the Jiva [spirit or Soul] for

developing love internally for Him is very efficacious. The condition

of the devotee cannot change in a day or in a short time, but the method

is such that if one continues to perform the practices to the extent

he is capable of doing, his condition would begin to change after some

time. This work cannot be accomplished in a day or two. The Satguru,

through His Grace, would gradually grant success in this. Too much uneasiness

and haste are not desirable. This method has been taught to the Jiva

for granting him protection and support internally. By following this

method, one would succeed in getting internally the support of the Grace

of Merciful Radhasoami [GOD, the Lord of all Souls] within a short time.

This is why one should not become perturbed. Have firm reliance in His

Grace.

 

Merciful Radhasoami Himself looks after the Jiva and, through His Grace,

makes his/her spirit ascend upwards. The mind and Maya [illusion] also

continue to put obstructions in the way, but Merciful Radhasoami grants

the strength of His Grace and Mercy, and helps the devotee in removing

all such obstructions. He gets everything done by the devotee, though

in reality He Himself is the Doer.
