Guest guest
Hello, I have another question, this sounds like a stupid question, but, I want to ask it. What is a good technique for doing Vipassana meditation. Blessed be Leaf
Guest guest
Hi Leaf, Sounds like a smart question to me. I wish I had an equally smart answer. I don't have a lot of experience with Vipassana so I'm afraid to say much. There a couple of articles on our website about Vipassana technique: http://www.realization.org/page/doc0/doc0063.htm http://www.realization.org/page/namedoc0/mssv/mssv_0.htm You might want to get in touch with the Goenka Institute. They offer high-quality FREE ten-day residential retreats for beginners to learn Vipassana in many locations around the world. Guest guest
Hi Leaf, I accidentally sent the previous message before finishing it. We also have a really good book on Vipassana on our website: http://www.realization.org/page/namedoc0/mipe/mipe_0.htm I like this book so much that I'm going to suggest looking at it first, even though it's the longest document we have on the subject. It's very easy and fun to read. Regards, Rob - Rob Sacks Realization Friday, July 27, 2001 8:11 PM Re: (no subject) Hi Leaf, Sounds like a smart question to me. I wish I had an equally smart answer.
