It was just great reading some of the things you said. So please don't

stop posting. It is good hear a person express, human emotions and

problems.

 

I have found that physical exercise helps me handle emotions, feelings,

anger etc. When I keep my exercise schedule I am deifinitely happier and

feel better. When for some reason that drops, I start to feel all low

and need to find ways to deal with it.
