Okay, I don't remember the words of my friend, but I'll tell you what I realized. I can never gett all of it in though, because it is sooo amazing! First, that God is devine energy, which is the same as the energy on this earth, and there is no difference, so God is us, and the earth, and we are all God. He is not separate from us at all. Second, that there is no space and that we are all one. if we are all God, and devine energy, how can you separate us?! And I can't quite explain the no space one, that is a hard one to explain!
