Guest guest
Another way to say this, to paraphrase the Buddha: As long as you want to be there, you are suffering. As long as you don't want to be there, you are suffering. When there is not a there to be in or not to be in, suffering is not. The question of someone or some fact being there, or being not, or being somewhere else, evaporates. You are free to be here, it's just that you don't require a " there " in which to be. Someone can kick me in the shins and I can yell, and there's not a concept of a me who is being there to yell, or who would try to get out of being kicked in the shins. I can run away from the person who is kicking, but in that running, there is not an attempt not to be there, or to be somewhere else.
