Or is it that Judi pushes your buttons in a skillful way that uncovers particular thoughts and feelings in you? Sort of like a kind of therapy? Does she make youaware of feelings that you otherwise wouldn't be aware of?

I dont think it takes too much skill to be nasty, we can all be there in a second if we so chose. What does takes skill and hard work daily is learning to control our thoughts, emotions, and self, and the hardest lesson of all to learn (for me) is tolerance of others and where they are at this point in their lives, growth and destiny path. When attacked in any form, does one stand and fight or walk away? I say if you stand and fight you are acting from a basis of fear (I had a black belt in karate so I know a little about the warrior way), sometimes you do have to stand your ground eg. in a life or death situation, but .. it takes real courage to just turn and walk away in everyday situations when our "emotions" or "beliefs" are attacked.

I think Judi's rudeness is a conscious choice on her part, its a way she chooses to be, not necessary for her survival (or is it? - if we choose not to show the good bits of ourselves, but only the nasty, hurtful bits, what does that say about our true nature as a being). If we are at all "aware" there has to be balance and control, and Judi has not shown that to me yet, so she does not make "her" path an attractive one (to me). Maybe there is a part of Judi that she wont look at, so she couches it in terms of a kind of perverse humour. I dont think one can be at peace with self, if you chose to treat other people that way, it is our ingrained nature to be loving beings.

I was interested to see Judi's example of how she doesnt need outside influences to make her feel good ie. your friend saying "this video will make you feel good about yourself" .. my question Judi, and its a sincere one .. have you abandoned emotion entirely? Does opening your heart hurt so much, that you just choose not to ... full stop!

***** No, you don't understand my position. For all " intents "

and " purposes " , " Judi " does not exist anymore. She died. :-)

Poor dear, poor, poor dear. :-)
