Guest guest
It's good to read you, again. You sound like you're doing very well there in paradise. Here in my little corner of the world, it is NOrman Rockwellland springtime. THere's no question of wanting to be a plain old human me when there's new flowers and waking trees and broken sidewalk and brick to be instead. You know, I'm still in the place where non-being is only the means of getting to be anything I choose, but understanding comes anyway when the Self that isn't gets bored and takes its attention away from me. How weird, huh? I've never had the pleasure of getting to know the infamous Judi. She's afraid of me, you know. I have a feeling that that might be your attraction to her. You aren't allowed to know her at all as the walls of insults to you are too great to scale. It's odd, too, because when a person expects to be insulted by someone else, it usually takes all the seriousness out of the insults. It's like the way when the farmer next door fertilizes, I just accept it, but it drives me crazy when my septic tank doesn't do right and puts gas back into the house. Oh well...I apologize for my mindless rambling. Karta told me you were here and I just wanted to say hello. Guest guest
Hi Onniko: Thanks for the kind words and spiritually uplifting suggestions. This Judi episode that seems to go on forever, has cleansed some of the focusing on the outer, which is a counter productive and anathema to abiding in the inner. I have been directing my attention on the illusion of Judi being separate from ourselves and now I finally see Judi as not in the world, but in my consciousness. I should be embarrassed about what I posted, but that too would be a misdirection of that focusing energy. Re. Rob's rule of not using personal attacks, because it would deter other members who are more sensitive from sharing on this group needs revision. Actually in the other groups that I belong to only about 5 out of hundreds ever post. On those groups personal attacks are a rarity. When a personal attack does happens it seems to draw other members out of the woodwork, who we never knew were members. Seekers IMO should be free to fight there own battles and learn to pocket insults like Gandhi did. The rule does not seem to work anyway as you continually have to step in a remind members about it. Maybe Rob that keeps your mind in the present time. LOL. Love, MT, but full of it, The Self That is. aka Alton, formerly too many names to delineate here. Guest guest
Oh my! That had to hurt you so much more than I ever could! Oh well, it will heal. How nice to meet you, Judi. I used to enjoy the 357s when I was younger and in the canyons. It was so much more accurate than the smaller guns, imo. Guest guest
Hi again, Alton...I can't remember making any spiritually uplifting suggestions but thanks for the thanks, anyway. My memory gets worse every day it seems. HOw right you are, imo, about embarrassment being a misdirection of energy. Surely, it's one of the biggest self-important emotions we have, huh? Right, too, about getting to work out your own battles. They tend to get changed so much when others jump in because we all sure do read everything in our own individually creative ways. It's always nice to get to think without being told how or not to altogether...that's a rare atmosphere....even in our own head! Guest guest
Oh, watching the war is so boring. They show those little battles like we're supposed to be impressed. Hollywood does a much clearer explosion with dolby surround sound and I like the space battles so much better.
