Judi again

This is why I am so jazzed with the No Judi or the dead Judi.

 

It's because I believe she is free and no longer has a conscience to

feel guilty. Me, I have been plagued with guilt and hold onto stuff

that happened 50 years ago. I constantly am aware of the aforesaid,

but the questions " to whom " etc. do not seem to work. So now I just

accept the guilt feelings when they arise, which is all too often.

 

So if I can be like Judi, I could say or do what even appears without

the slightest qualms. If someone in my ranch overdosed on drugs I

might grieve for the family, but forget it as soon as the event is

over.

 

If someone goes into depression and commits suicide after

experiencing some vicious personal attacks by me, I would say, " that

is their karma " and return to the blissful state.

 

Such is the state of the Realized.

That is interesting. It is believed that having too little serotonin

causes a lack of guilt in the sociopath. I'm in no way implying that

Judi is one of those, just that we don't have such complete control

over which emotions the body is going to produce.

 

It does help, though, not to entertain the images that come up as a

result of the emotion. You know what I mean by entertain...mentally

elaborate on, prolong, fixate, etc. Of course I'm not telling you

anything you havn't heard before.

 

But, in your possibly, maybe, not entirely serious post here about

the deceased Judy, I now understand what you mean by killing the

self, or I think I do. Such a self, even a successful one by its own

standards can only be a nuisance. I'm going to seek out an old self

of mine right now and see what happens.

 

Yep, I thought as much. It has a whole video library of feelings

that have to go along with it and some of them aren't very pleasant.

Now, I will relive them and then after I relive them, I will attempt

to follow in that storyline so as not to lose myself. I really hate

this.

 

Now, I'm going to close that journal and come back to reality.

Ahhh, that's much better.
