I guess Jesus was right when he said many are called and few are chosen. When he said that in the latter days, there would be " teachers " around who would fool even the wise, if God weren't here to break through all the bullshit for those who are to know God face to face. Knowing God face to face won't allow you to play out a game of being a teacher of someone, or a student who is going to follow the wonderful teacher. The boundaries are shattered, the expectations are dissolved, the idea of being a knower drops away. Because the ultimate con is the one that one pulls on oneself, the spiritual path is full of spiritual teachers and students who are sure they know what's what. Few there are who are open to not knowing, to being proven wrong. And so it goes. Another beautiful day closes. The sun sets, and life moves on to another day. -- Dan

Few have the honesty perseverance and intellect to go through that: it is like a drop back to the earth.. to be human ... no jiving Reverend can stand.. > proven wrong. > > And so it goes. > > Another beautiful day closes. > > The sun sets, and life moves on to another day.
