Guest guest
From the fingers of onniko, or do you use speech recognition? If you do, then from the filthy chocolate tongue of onniko. ROFL "What do you want to happen to you? I have read you say several times, when it happens to me. What does that mean to you?" Sono Tutti, I am everyone, offers: To get out of square one, it is efficacious to be off the mental modifications. Two of the ways that I use: 1. Hold on to only one thought like the "I" thought or Aum, etc. 2. Hold on to the "I Am" sense of conscious presence without words. I am also doing pranayama, (nadi sudi} alternative nostril breathing. This is all about developing a strong mind and dischaging charged incidents that are grabbing one's attention. Those energy knots in our psyches held over, not only from this life, but from eons of lifetimes are stealing our Natural state from us; which it the Attention. Now when the mind is quiet I am ready to meditate by focusing the attention on the Attention and wait patiently for the unconditional to make its appearance. They call it Vichara or Self Inquiry? If one trains and develops kick ass mindfulness the uncondional may appear by itself, because it is the discursive, talking to ourselves mind, that clouds the Absolute. No one can really do anything to get it or even to do the training. It is all role playing in the divine drama. Our only asset if witnessing. So, what do I want to happen. No more body, only touch points like U.G. and the Buddhist's experience. A silent aware mind.Having a balanced mind at all times and if it happens to become reactive to return to the equanimous mind instantly. Free drugs without side effect forever. That is the SELF as I understand it. Not wanting anything like Nisardadatta said, "What can God give me or take away from me, because I want nothing", snip form. No desires and fears. Guest guest
Onniko: I always wanted a feminine guru, especially a red haired slave and tyrant. hehehe. Your chela, Sono tutti p.s Please don't reject me as I am already over the edge and if I decide to exit my vehicle you will be held karmically responsible. Guest guest
Ok, SONO, I'll let you know if I find such a person to be a guru to you. As for me, how could I reject you and what would I reject you for? But, I wouldn't feel guilty because you have said that you used to exit your vehicle all the time and you're none the worse for wear, are you? Did you ever notice, then, how when you struggled to exit, you exited with a sonic noise of some sort but if you exited because you had no more resistence to keep you there, you just quietly bobbed to the surface? Guest guest
Ok, SONO, I'll let you know if I find such a person to be a guru to you. onniko: Dont bother. Either it is you or nobody.LOL. As for me, how could I reject you and what would I reject you for? But, I wouldn't feel guilty because you have said that you used to exit your vehicle all the time and you're none the worse for wear, are you? No, but I could be easily captured by it again, so I dont do that kind of meditation anymore. You really get hooked on the flying zooming stuff. It beats sex. Did you ever notice, then, how when you struggled to exit, you exited with a sonic noise of some sort but if you exited because you had no more resistence to keep you there, you just quietly bobbed to the surface? I only get the high sounds a couple of times, but I hear the humming all the time. Then they banned me because they did not appreciate my sense of humor, saying "ride em cowboy" hehe not kidding about that. Love, sono tutti, I am everyone. Guest guest
But, I don't have red hair so you're out of luck.--You know a proper guru should have white hair, anyway. I have to see an eye doctor, because I saw your profile and it looked red to me. Maybe I am just too red dy for Realization. <Then they banned me because they did not appreciate my sense of humor, saying "ride em cowboy" hehe not kidding about that.>Who banned you? I think I am a banned moron and am stuck with being banned on group etc. But it aint me its my chart. Mars in Libra in the 11th house of groups and associations means you are disruptive in groups. Rob is going to cure me of that. See my next post to Rob thanking him for making me a mensch. There are no others so I ban myself or in my imagination. I did crash into a woman on the astral plane to see if it was real and I came right down. They say you need a guide when you go up because you wont be able to resist those temptations. The Buddha was able to do it but not Alton. I found there is a part of your psyche that seems to be missing when you are out of the body. I certainly would never crash into someone on this plane to see if it is real. Anyway, about your being my guru and you rejecting me. I know that when you ask a saint one time for something they may refuse, but if you keep asking eventually they will say ok. Now I will have to be patient and wait until you are a saint. Or are you one already? Can I ask your family? heheh Actually if you really want to know if someone is pure, you see how they act with their family. Ask my wife and she will tell you I am a saint, but a demented one. LOL. I am not going to use the automatic spell check because it screws up my posts. Also I have been spelling bakta wrong. Sorry. You're pretty tame to be banned from someplace by someone else. < I did crash into a woman on the astral plane to see if it was real and I came right down. Guest guest
<Yes it seems pretty obvious to me too. Yet some people think we are wearing rosy-colored glasses.> What do they think it is? What is the most common definition of beingness that you hear? <You were a lucky kid. But maybe the lucky thing is > that you asked. Maybe the answer comes easily to > children, if they think to ask. Maybe it's harder for > adults. They are too frozen in their " word games " etc.> Yes, I'm sure it's easier for kids. I was already a silent kid that hardly ever thought in words. But, I did think in motion and emotion and that's just as much of a block to what's right in front of a person. MOst people add the motion and emotion to the words they think of. Other people add the words to the motion and emotion. When a question is asked and none of that is rising up to get in the way, there's always an answer. It might not give a chakra opening rush, but it will always leave a great crystal expanse of clear being, a mecurial sweetness of pure awareness that is all satisfying, no questions needed )...I thought that called for a smiley face :oD Realization , " Rob Sacks " <editor@r...> wrote: > Hi Onniko, > > > But, yes, absolutely, I do know first hand that > > beingness is lovelike... > > Yes it seems pretty obvious to me too. Every single thing in my world, I know better than anyone else. Reality is like that. If I wanted to use my imagination, I could invent idols to look up to and imagine that I'd know what they know someday. That's always entertaining. It could keep me busy for thousands of years.
