Just say, " So What " . Haha, Trader, who is this SSW? What if a mind didn't exactly say so what but it just got tired of it all? Or, maybe the one generating the mental noise just got tired of it all. You lose your job and can't pay the morgage and you feel high anxiety when you recognize this is so. You know from past history that you can go over and over that fact in your head. You can take angst and heighten it with thoughts or you can get mad and have thoughts of self-pity and injustice until you cover up the angst. But, you know because you've learned from the past, that none of that will help make anything better or worse in real life but it will consume your energy and swallow up your real momentary life until you're nothing but the walking dead. So, you think you're last unecessary, pointless thought and your acceptance lets high angst pass, gives you more of a chance to find a real solution, and lets you actually live in the process. Most folks seem to prefer imagination over the real deal.
