Slatersan:

Try sitting on the toilet for an extra minute after

you've relieved the pressure on your bowels.

In that moment of relief there is a letting go in which

every aspect of your being is open to this truth.

It's a little known fact that one moment like that is

equivalent to four weeks of continuous sitting in

retreat, being distracted by ideas of enlightenment.

One moment of nothing to think about, just pure relaxation.

Ah!

The truth is here, always already " so. "

slater in paradise: You know I am old and probably demented, so

please go over " everything anyone ever wanted to know about TRUTH

and is honest enough and naive enough to ask about " . Then I hope I

may get a chance to say that your take on it is from someone who

knows about Truth but does not always tell it. rof.

When you are hungry, eat.

When you get cold, put on a sweater.

Anyone who tells it, lies.
