If you lose it then repeat " I " and continue. What exactly are you experiencing? Next think noticing " Am " . Hold the " Am " constantly. If you lose it then repeat " Am " and continue. What exactly are you experiencing? Next hold on to " I Am " without words. What exactly are you experiencing? There is no right or wrong answers so please feel free to answer.
