Guest guest
RejaJoy...Years ago when I First started Meditating I Used to Observe My Breath with a Special Meditation Technique and when I would Get Caught Up in Thought or Something that was Bothering Me I would Return My Awareness to My Breath...this is Traditional or Classical Meditation...It didn't Work to Good for Me...! Finally...I came to My Senses and Somehow Learned a Secret Meditation Technique that isn't Taught Anymore...It's Called the Fine Art of Clinging...while Meditating...the Idea is to Cling to the Thoughts or Bothersome Feelings as Much as Possible and Do Your Best to Not Let Go of them...I found Freedom thru Doing this...! RejaJoy...Do You Think the Buddhists would Be Interested in My Fine Art of Clinging Technique...?
