But there are thoughts, and then there are 'thoughts'! There are thoughts of philosophy, thoughts of choices to be made, thoughts of preference, thoughts of debate, thoughts of regret or emotion, and such. The moment we have such thoughts (and speak them!) duality has certainly crept in. There are also thoughts that seems to arise from our deepest center....that are spoken without mental manipulation, without debate or emotion. They are spontaneous and natural and are lacking in attachment or identity....and basically free of conceptualizations. Speaking such thoughts, duality has not necessarily crept in.
