Guest guest
Hello jb, Welcome to the list. Your question about the 'empty mind' and 'the end of suffering' reminded me the recordings of Dharma talks that I listened recently on the net by Catherine Ingram at http://www.geocities.com/~cathing/ click on " Listen to Dharma dialogues " click on " Assume the Mind is Mad " Why bring up Catherine Ingram's name on this list? Like Nisargadatta her style is free of dogma, rituals, and tradition. By the keywords you used I am guessing you were exposed to the Buddhist teachings. Catherine comes from Buddhist Meditation background, she's very easy to listen to and perhaps this can help you to make a softer landing into the nondual (no)land.
