It is formless and free, even of thought forms. It is eternal and infinite. One discovers it by various means... one is to notice the silence between your thoughts... another to investigate " Who am I " , for no conceptual answer... or to notice awareness itself, within which thoughts, emotions, and sensations rise and fall... There is a 'seeing through' the veil of conditioning, of assumptions, and of beliefs. When it is seen you will recognize that you have always known and always been This. >And has anyone here, seen first hand, the end of suffering ? ~ Yes.... I have seen it. >Also 'What is indecision' ? >It can drain one of energy apparently.. >like: 'should I move in with my girlfriend or not ?'. >And does it matter at all (in the context of 'Truth') _what_ decision >one takes ? ~ Indecision, like all the forms of confusion and misery in human experience, arises from having lost awareness of one's true nature. The mind attempts to make choices from one basis or another, but there are too many factors for a clear decision. Knowing the truth of yourself and living from that, one does the obvious thing without need to figure it out. >Thanks. >jb. ~ Thank you, jb, for your good questioning. with love Xan
